Happily, the pavilion bar can now open at the club on a limited basis. Here are the agreed measures taken to ensure safety. Please read carefully before using the facility:
• We have put measures in place to enable the pavilion/bar to open in line with guidance/law.
• Please do not come to the club if you or people you have been in contact with show signs of Covid 19 infection.
• Generally be aware of the need to socially distance and to wash hands regularly.
• The pavilion/bar will be open for the first time on Friday 10th from 8.00 pm.
• It will open at 6.00pm on Saturday also.
• It will be closed at all other times for serving drinks.
• Only designated bar staff to serve and only one person behind the bar.
• Hopefully these opening times will continue on the same basis and extend to Sundays when there is a match on.
• There is a queuing system for the bar marked by 2m lines on the floor.
• Buy drinks at the bar. Cash only.
• There is a one-way system for access to the bar and exit from the bar.
• Numbers inside the building are limited to 12 for sitting and consuming drinks in groups of families living in the same household or groups made up of people from two different households.
• We encourage everyone to use the outdoor spaces (tables set out on the field) and use of the terrace.
• Outside groups with members from 6 other households is allowed
• In the event of bad weather maximum of 12 inside (with the restrictions set out above) will still apply so the bar is effectively closed.
• There will be regular cleaning of tables.
• Maximum of 3 in male toilet at a time (two at urinals one in bowl).
• Maximum of 1 in female toilet.
• During matches the only use of the pavilion is for female toilet access or by designated staff
• Male access to the toilets during a match is in through Away changing rooms and out through Home changing rooms
• You will need to sign in if you use the bar/pavilion and leave contact details if you enter the pavilion. There is a table and an orange folder with a signing in sheet for each session on a table at the entrance to the pavilion for you to do this.
• You will need to have completed a membership form (hard copies available at club).
• There are tables stationed at various points with hand gel and spray to santitize hands and disinfect.
