Tom Jacques shone with an unbeaten 57 in Shireshead’s innings against a strong Heysham side.

Only Paul Yates got into double figures with 29 as the home posted a below par 115 in their 20 overs, some 25 runs short of a reasonable target.

Heysham never looked in any bother as they chased down the total, reaching the 30s before the first wicket fell. Andy Hill hit an unbeaten 40 to see his side home with three overs to spare with only three wickets down.
